Our recipe book has become a staple part of our Matter of Taste events. Each participating brand is required to feature at least one unique recipe highlighting their product(s). Recipes must be new and not previously used at past food shows.
Brands requiring electricity must submit an electrical form. Electricity is $150 per outlet, per brand. Additional outlets are also $150 each. Please bring your own extension cords and tape.

New item requests must be submitted for pre-approval. Approved items require a $5 allowance per item to be in the show.
